Job Description
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager and Marketing Assistance to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies, manage campaigns, and analyze market trends to enhance our company’s presence and customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our brand and products/services.
- Plan and manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including social media, email, SEO/SEM, and advertising.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
- Oversee brand management, ensuring consistency across all communication channels.
- Collaborate with sales, design, and content teams to create compelling marketing materials.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data to optimize strategies.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and partners.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum Experience: At least 1 years of technical marketing experience (SAAS/Cybersecurity), including hands-on work with marketing automation tools.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Driving License: A valid driving license is required.
- Skills: Digital marketing, analytics, campaign management, and leadership.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Other Requirements:
- Must be able to work from 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
- Priority for Two-Wheeler
