Vendor Executive for ecommerce


Key Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Onboarding & Management: Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with vendors for e-commerce product categories.
  • Negotiation & Pricing: Negotiate product pricing, margins, and promotional offers to optimize profitability.
  • Product Listings & Content Coordination: Ensure accurate and updated product listings, descriptions, and images on the e-commerce platform.
  • Stock & Inventory Coordination: Work closely with vendors to maintain stock levels and prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Order Processing & Fulfillment: Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely product delivery and fulfillment.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor pricing, and new product opportunities.
  • Quality & Compliance: Ensure vendors meet quality, legal, and platform compliance standards.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle vendor-related issues such as pricing discrepancies, stock unavailability, and order fulfillment challenges.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Track vendor performance, sales trends, and generate reports for management.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any Business field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in vendor management, e-commerce, or procurement.
  • Understanding of online marketplaces and e-commerce product management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and e-commerce platforms.


Preferred Experience:

  • Experience working with e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
  • Familiar with product listings, pricing strategies, and digital marketing in e-commerce.
