A leading Educational Institution is looking for Program Leader.
Job Purpose:
The Program Leader for the BIT program is responsible for managing the academic and administrative operations of the program, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning, facilitating coordination between faculty, students, and University, and fostering an academically enriching environment for students. This role requires leadership, effective coordination, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle academic and operational challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Daily Academic and Administrative Duties
- Develop and implement the academic calendar in coordination with faculty and administration.
- Prepare, monitor, and distribute class schedules for both faculty and students.
2. Internship Management
- Arrange internship placements for students in collaboration with industry partners.
- Conduct site visits to monitor student progress and ensure fair treatment and proper training across departments.
3. Periodic Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment of qualified full-time and part-time faculty as needed.
- Supervise and analyze student academic performance in exams and assessments.

4. Occasional and Irregular Duties
- Assist the Admissions Team by representing the BIT program in internal and external presentations,
- Lead and participate in academic and extracurricular events, educational tours, and institutional visits
- Support various institutional initiatives and special assignments as delegated by senior management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Minimum 2-3 years of teaching and/or academic leadership experience.
- Familiarity with international academic standards is a plus.
