We're Hiring: Field Engineer (IT)
Location: Kathmandu Valley
Salary: NPR 35,000 (Negotiable)
Two-wheeler required
We're looking for a skilled Field Engineer with 3–4 years of experience in networking and field support. Must have a Bachelor’s in IT, CCNA certification, and strong hands-on experience with Cisco/Juniper routers, CCTV systems, and IT infrastructure.
- Provide support for Cisco/Juniper routers and switches
- Install & configure CCTV systems and manage hardware inventory
- Maintain network infrastructure, servers, and wiring
- Monitor system performance and manage backups/storage
- Document technical tasks and reports using MS Office and design tools
- Liaise with clients and vendors to resolve issues and manage service contracts
- Work closely with internal IT teams and business managers for smooth operations
- Strong knowledge of networking and system maintenance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in the field
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and client-facing experience
