Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage reception: greet visitors, handle calls, maintain front desk.
2. Distribute and track food coupons.
3. Handle visitor registration, cards, and logs.
4. Monitor and order office supplies; manage vendors and purchase orders.
5. Oversee vehicle fueling records.
6. Process employee reimbursements per policy.
7. Coordinate courier services, laptop maintenance, and attendance records.
8. Maintain labor documentation and compliance.
Requirements:
– Proficient in MS Office, Excel & CRM/ERP systems.
