Smartedge’s looking for Technical Recruiter / Recruitment Specialist / IT Recruiter @ 100 % Remote Work (Nepal)
Experience Required :
- Responsible for handling the process of end-to-end IT Recruitment cycle
- To source profiles from various job portals, Social Media , Networking & References etc
- Must have experience in hiring IT candidates
- Good Knowledge in Technologies
- Initial screening and profile matching with reference to educational qualification, experience, communication.
- Technically very sound, should have knowledge of most of current technologies.
- Must have knowledge of Technical Skills for IT Recruitment.
- Must have done Contract Hiring /Permanent Hiring
- Should have good communication Skills
- Must Have own Mobile & Laptop with proper WIFI Internet Connection.
