This is a full-time on-site role for a Factory Manager, located in Bāgmatī, Nepal. The Factory Manager will oversee daily operations, manage production schedules, ensure quality control, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment. This role will also involve coordinating with various departments, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Experience in production management, manufacturing processes, and quality control
- Skills in budgeting, cost management, and resource allocation
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication abilities
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
