Location: Birgunj & Kathmandu, Nepal

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager with over 5 years+ of proven experience in the edible oil ( manufacturing industry). The ideal candidate will lead the production operations, ensure efficiency, maintain high-quality standards, and oversee a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and oversee daily production activities to achieve set targets within deadlines and budget.
- Supervise, train, and manage production staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Implement and monitor quality control measures in line with product standards and industry regulations.
- Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, and quality assurance teams for uninterrupted production flow.
- Monitor resource utilization to minimize wastage and improve productivity.
- Troubleshoot production issues promptly and implement corrective measures.
- Maintain and enforce workplace health and safety standards.
- Prepare regular production reports for management review.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in edible oil manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and process optimization.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage a large workforce effectively.
- Hands-on experience with quality assurance protocols and product compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and resource management skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Willingness to work in Birgunj
