Job Description
Job Purpose:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Global ISO Compliance & Audit Manager to oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of our ISO management systems (including ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and potentially ISO 14001 and SOC 2) across our operations in Nepal, India, and the United Kingdom. The role will play a critical part in ensuring continuous compliance with international standards, managing internal and external audits, and fostering a culture of quality and security throughout the organization globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage ISO-compliant quality and information security management systems across all regional operations.
- Coordinate and lead internal audits and facilitate external certification audits (ISO 9001, ISO 27001, etc.).
- Monitor global compliance across locations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions based on audit findings and non-conformities.
- Maintain up-to-date and region-specific documentation aligned with regulatory and client requirements.
- Deliver training and awareness sessions to regional teams on ISO standards, policies, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, Legal, Ops) across regions to ensure consistent ISO practices.
- Ensure timely renewals and updates of all global ISO certifications.
- Support SOC 2 compliance and reporting processes where applicable.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Information Security, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Certification in ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, ISO 27001 Implementer/Auditor).
- Proven experience in managing ISO frameworks in multi-country operations.
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles, risk assessment, and internal control systems.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
- Proficient in audit methodologies and regulatory compliance management.
Preferred Qualifications (Advantages):
- Experience with ISO 14001 Environmental Management System.
- Hands-on experience with SOC 2 implementation or audits.
- Prior exposure to compliance operations across UK, India, and Nepal is a strong advantage.
