About The Role

We're seeking a passionate and detail-oriented person to join our dynamic and growing team. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our global team to deliver outstanding service and tailored financial solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Rotate through and support key business functions including Mortgage, Tax and Sales to gain hands-on experience and support day-to-day operations that drive client success
• Support client communication and documentation processes via email, call notes, and CRM tools.
• Manage CRM updates, data entry, and maintain accurate client records
• Conduct research and contribute to internal team discussions and initiatives.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to improve customer experience or operations
• Support the preparation of sales reports, loan files, tax documents, and team presentations
• Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer experience
• Contribute ideas, identify gaps, and help shape better processes as part of a growing international team
  
  

Requirements

Required experience:

• No prior work experience required
• Demonstrated interest in finance, real estate, tax, or professional services (through internships, coursework, or extracurriculars)
• Strong academic track record and willingness to learn
  
  

Favorable experience:

• Internship or part-time experience in financial services, accounting, or customer-facing roles
• Experience with CRM tools, spreadsheets, or data entry
• Exposure to property investment, tax topics, or Australian financial markets
• Familiarity with the needs of Australian expats or international clients
• Experience working in a remote, fast-paced, or startup environment
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (completed or final year) in Commerce, Business, Finance, Accounting, Law, or a related field
