Position Overview

We are looking for a visionary, dynamic, and results-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead Digi Hub Pvt. Ltd. into its next phase of growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the capital markets ecosystem, fintech technologies, and a strong track record in leadership and operational excellence. As CEO, you will define and drive the strategic direction, oversee the execution of key initiatives, and build a high-performing team, all while ensuring Digi Hub continues to deliver unparalleled value to clients, stakeholders, and employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Shape and execute a forward-thinking business strategy that aligns with Digi Hub's mission and growth ambitions. Identify new market opportunities and lead efforts to introduce disruptive technologies that enhance our service offerings.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring that business processes are efficient, product/service delivery remains top-tier, and consistent growth is achieved across all areas. 
• Financial Stewardship: Manage the company’s financial health with precision, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and driving profitability, while making strategic decisions that support long-term growth. 
• Team Building & Leadership: Build, lead, and inspire a talented leadership team while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the organization. 
• Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Strengthen relationships with key clients, investors, and strategic partners. Represent the company at industry events, ensuring Digi Hub's presence as a leader in capital markets technology. 
• Industry Expertise: Utilize your deep knowledge of capital markets, fintech, and trading systems to guide product development, ensuring that Digi Hub remains competitive in an ever-evolving industry landscape. 
• Growth & Innovation: Lead the company in identifying market expansion opportunities, driving product enhancements, and adapting to emerging technologies. Position Digi Hub as a thought leader in the fintech space by actively seeking out and capitalizing on industry trends.

Qualifications: 

• Proven experience as a CEO or in a senior leadership role within the IT, fintech, or capital markets sectors. 
• In-depth understanding of the capital markets, financial technology, and trading systems, including knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards. 
• Demonstrated success in scaling organizations, driving innovation, and leading cross-functional teams toward achieving strategic goals. 
• Strong strategic and analytical thinker with an ability to make high-stakes decisions. 
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders. 
• Strong financial acumen, with experience in managing P&L, budgets, and financial forecasts. 
• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
