Job Title: Recruitment Consultant
Location: Chakrapath, Kathmandu
Working Hours: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Nepali Time)
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Off)
Role Overview
The Recruitment Consultant will focus primarily on temporary recruitment and contract placements, ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates for urgent and ongoing client requirements. This role demands a proactive recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is skilled at managing multiple vacancies, and has a proven track record in temp staffing.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage the end-to-end temp recruitment cycle, from job requisition to candidate placement.
● Source, interview, and place candidates into temporary and contract roles within healthcare, hospitality, and facilities management sectors.
● Build and maintain a pool of pre-vetted, compliant candidates to meet urgent client demands.
● Work closely with the Compliance team to ensure candidates meet UK legal and regulatory requirements.
● Liaise with clients to understand immediate staffing needs and deliver suitable candidates quickly.
● Negotiate pay rates and contract terms in line with company and client policies.
● Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
● Proactively manage candidate availability and rota scheduling to ensure smooth placements.
● Achieve monthly and quarterly targets related to temp/contract placements.
● Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changing client demands within the UK temp recruitment market.
Requirements
● Previous recruitment experience is compulsory, with a strong preference for those with temp/contract staffing experience.
● International staffing agency experience (especially UK-focused) is highly desirable.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (both written and spoken).
● Strong organisational and multitasking skills to manage multiple urgent roles.
● Ability to build and manage candidate pools for high-volume placements.
● Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ATS/CRM systems.
● Target-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed placement goals
