Job Description
Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to support the Head Hunt and Outsource department. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating with potential candidates across various industries, ensuring timely and quality placements as per client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in identifying and sourcing suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and internal databases
  • Support senior recruiters in managing the full recruitment cycle: job posting, candidate screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination
  • Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and fit
  • Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment trackers regularly
  • Coordinate with clients and outsourcing partners regarding requirements and placement updates
  • Prepare candidate profiles and summaries for client submissions
  • Follow up with selected candidates for documentation and onboarding processes
  • Support in organizing job fairs, recruitment drives, and outsourcing activities
  • Ensure recruitment targets and timelines are met
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree (Running or Completed) in Management, Business, HR, or related field
  • Prior internship or experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of recruitment techniques and tools
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of recruitment
