This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter, located in Kathmandu. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates for various roles, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process. The Recruiter will also collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. Additional tasks include utilizing job boards and social media, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Experience in recruiting and interviewing skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with job boards, social media, and other recruitment platforms
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the digital marketing or software development industry is a plus
