Job Description

Main responsibilities:


• Providing timely and effective support to customers via various communication channels (email, phone, chat).

• Assisting customers with technical issues related to our products or services.

• Escalating complex issues to senior support specialists or relevant departments.

• Updating customer records and maintaining accurate logs of support interactions.

• Collaborating with the team to ensure high-quality support and customer satisfaction.


Requirements:


• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a team and support colleagues.

• Willingness to learn and develop professional skills.

• At least 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field (preferable but not mandatory).

• Fluency in English and local languages.
