Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for our client, specializing in sustainable construction innovation and brick manufacturing. They are looking to hire one experienced Business Development Executive in Gandaki Province.
Workstation:
- Gandaki Province - Tanahun or Pokhara
The role will be responsible for driving sales, expanding market reach, and fostering strong client relationships to meet the sales target.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and sales opportunities
- Actively engage in lead generation through cold calling and networking to meet the sales target
- Arrange, attend meetings and coordinate with potential clients, including site visits to the factory
- Prepare sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and follow up for deal closures
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth
Requirements:
- An intermediate or a Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution
- 1-2 years in business development or sales, preferably in the brick/construction industry
- Prior experience or a strong client base in the construction sector will be an advantage
