Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for our client, specializing in sustainable construction innovation and brick manufacturing. They are looking to hire one experienced Business Development Executive in Gandaki Province.


Workstation:

  • Gandaki Province - Tanahun or Pokhara


The role will be responsible for driving sales, expanding market reach, and fostering strong client relationships to meet the sales target.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and sales opportunities
  • Actively engage in lead generation through cold calling and networking to meet the sales target
  • Arrange, attend meetings and coordinate with potential clients, including site visits to the factory
  • Prepare sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and follow up for deal closures
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth


Requirements:

  • An intermediate or a Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution
  • 1-2 years in business development or sales, preferably in the brick/construction industry
  • Prior experience or a strong client base in the construction sector will be an advantage
