Job Description
Roles & responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales executives, beauty advisors, and channel partners.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, retail partners, and key clients.
- Monitor industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Manage sales budgets, incentives, and promotional expenses effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the cosmetics, skincare industry.
- Must have valid driving liscense & personal vechile.
- Proven success in leading sales teams and exceeding targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
