Job Description

Roles & responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales executives, beauty advisors, and channel partners.
  • Build strong relationships with distributors, retail partners, and key clients.
  • Monitor industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
  • Manage sales budgets, incentives, and promotional expenses effectively.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the cosmetics, skincare industry.
  • Must have valid driving liscense & personal vechile.
  • Proven success in leading sales teams and exceeding targets.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
