Position Summary:

The Principal serves as the academic and administrative leader of the institution, responsible for ensuring a high standard of education, effective staff management, operational excellence, and student development. The role requires visionary leadership, strong organizational skills, and the ability to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.


Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the academic planning, curriculum implementation, and student assessment process.

- Supervise and support teaching and non-teaching staff in achieving institutional goals.

- Ensure effective classroom management and discipline policy implementation.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, staff, and the community.

- Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and school operations.

- Promote extracurricular activities and holistic student development.

- Monitor compliance with educational regulations and institutional policies.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

- Lead staff recruitment, training, and professional development initiatives.


Qualifications and Requirements:

- Master's Degree in Education, Educational Administration, or a related field (PhD preferred).

- Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in school administration or teaching (with at least 3 years in a

leadership role).

- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

- Sound knowledge of academic management, school operations, and educational best practices.

- Proficiency in technology and digital tools used in education.
