Education & Experience:


Education: Bachelor’s degree (Running or Completed) in a relevant field (Business, Management, or related areas).

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in documentation, counseling, or related fields.

Freshers: Highly prioritized if they have strong learning abilities and skills.


Skills

  1. Excellent Communication Skills - Ability to interact effectively with students, parents, and institutions.
  2. Attention to Detail – Accuracy in handling and verifying documents.
  3. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to assess student profiles and identify missing or incorrect information.
  4. Knowledge of Study Destinations and Programs – Familiarity with UK, Australia, USA, and Canada study requirements, admission processes, and visa documentation.
  5. Time Management & Multitasking – Ability to handle multiple applications simultaneously.
  6. Computer Literacy – Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and documentation software.
  7. Confidentiality & Ethics – Handling sensitive student information securely.
  8. Salary will be provided according to the candidate's prior experience and qualifications


Job Description

  1. Collect, verify, and organize student documents for admission and visa processing.
  2. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with university and embassy requirements.
  3. Coordinate with students and institutions to resolve documentation issues.
  4. Assist in preparing financial statements, SOPs, and visa applications.
  5. Keep updated with changes in study abroad policies and visa regulations.
  6. Guide students regarding required documents and timelines.
