Education & Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s degree (Running or Completed) in a relevant field (Business, Management, or related areas).
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in documentation, counseling, or related fields.
Freshers: Highly prioritized if they have strong learning abilities and skills.
Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills - Ability to interact effectively with students, parents, and institutions.
- Attention to Detail – Accuracy in handling and verifying documents.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to assess student profiles and identify missing or incorrect information.
- Knowledge of Study Destinations and Programs – Familiarity with UK, Australia, USA, and Canada study requirements, admission processes, and visa documentation.
- Time Management & Multitasking – Ability to handle multiple applications simultaneously.
- Computer Literacy – Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and documentation software.
- Confidentiality & Ethics – Handling sensitive student information securely.
- Salary will be provided according to the candidate's prior experience and qualifications
Job Description
- Collect, verify, and organize student documents for admission and visa processing.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with university and embassy requirements.
- Coordinate with students and institutions to resolve documentation issues.
- Assist in preparing financial statements, SOPs, and visa applications.
- Keep updated with changes in study abroad policies and visa regulations.
- Guide students regarding required documents and timelines.
