Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesSales and Promotion:
- Promote baby products, including diapers, wipes, and other related items, to healthcare professionals, pharmacists, and business owners.
- Regularly visit hospitals, maternity clinics, top pharmacies, and business houses for product demonstrations and sales pitches.
- Identify and onboard potential new clients in the medical and retail sectors.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Educate clients on product features, benefits, and usage.
- Conduct training sessions for healthcare professionals and pharmacy staff.
- Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and pricing strategies.
- Supervising Marketing representatives and following up their daily activities.
- Looking over their targets making sure wether their goals are met.
- Monitoring team mate's route and reporting to the manager.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: 2+ years in sales, preferably in FMCG, healthcare, or baby products.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong customer relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with hospital procurement processes and retail pharmacy operations.
- Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel extensively for client visits.
- Must Have a valid driver’s license and vehicle.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Sunday to Friday
