Job Description
Key Responsibilities

Sales and Promotion:

  • Promote baby products, including diapers, wipes, and other related items, to healthcare professionals, pharmacists, and business owners.
  • Regularly visit hospitals, maternity clinics, top pharmacies, and business houses for product demonstrations and sales pitches.

Market Development

  • Identify and onboard potential new clients in the medical and retail sectors.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.

Product Training

  • Educate clients on product features, benefits, and usage.
  • Conduct training sessions for healthcare professionals and pharmacy staff.

Sales Target Achievement

  • Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor sales performance and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.

Competitor Analysis

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and pricing strategies.

Supervision

  • Supervising Marketing representatives and following up their daily activities.
  • Looking over their targets making sure wether their goals are met.
  • Monitoring team mate's route and reporting to the manager.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years in sales, preferably in FMCG, healthcare, or baby products.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong customer relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with hospital procurement processes and retail pharmacy operations.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Willingness to travel extensively for client visits.
    • Must Have a valid driver’s license and vehicle.
    • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Work Hours

10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Sunday to Friday
