1. Career Guidance and Counselling Services


  • Enroll / Onboard students/youths in digital platform from schools, colleges, and Career Guidance Service Center (CGSC) of specific provinces.
  • Implement, promote, Career Guidance (CG) orientation sessions for students (Grades 8–12), youth, and parents in schools, colleges, and CGSC.
  • Facilitate group and one-on-one counselling sessions - both face-to-face (F2F) and online as well as parent orientations and career awareness sessions with local groups
  • Guide students through digital career assessments (digitization) and help interpret results
  • Conduct future readiness workshops for youths and students such as 21st Century Skills
  • Maintain the Career Guidance Service Center (CGSC) and contribute to its functionality, and overall aesthetic enhancement


2. Capacity Building, Mentoring and Training


  • Support the planning and delivery of Career Guidance Training of Trainers (ToT) for school teachers (private and government) and, education officers
  • Conduct CG training for teachers in CGSC
  • Mentor CG teachers (CGTs) and headteachers, during CG implementation in schools
  • Assist partner organization in data collection, workbook reviews, and CG toolkit distribution (if required)


3. Monitoring and Reporting


  • Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions, CG activities, and follow-ups
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the Province Manager of the partner organization and Project Coordinator and Team Leader at Skill Lab
  • Prepare Weekly and Monthly reports
  • Support documentation of success stories, learnings, and best practices


4. Public Private Partnership

  • Create leads with local governments, schools (private and public), colleges (private and public) for collaborations in career readiness efforts, job fairs, training and mentoring.
  • Collaborate with aforementioned stakeholders to create a future ready alliance contributed in working towards education-employment ecosystem building.
  • Represent Skill Lab in meetings, career fairs, workshops, and MoU discussions at the provincial level


Skills and Requirement


  •  Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Science, Education, or a related field and above
  •  Minimum of 2 years of experience conducting career guidance programs, including teacher training and above
  •  Experience in capacity building and networking with government and private stakeholders
  •   Preference is given to candidates with national or international career guidance certifications
  •   Strong communication and report-writing skills
