Responsibilities
Market Research & Strategy
- Conduct comprehensive desk and field research to generate actionable insights and analyze global competitors.
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies focused on key industrial sectors, including power, energy, manufacturing, and infrastructure.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Identify and engage with potential clients and partners in international markets.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing international clients to ensure ongoing partnership and satisfaction.
Sales Channel Management
- Establish and manage international sales channels in coordination with local associates and industry experts.
- Organize brand introductions, deliver presentations, and handle regular follow-ups and updates for supply partners.
Project Management
- Lead and assist in managing multiple international projects simultaneously, ensuring milestones are met and projects are completed on schedule.
- Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to execute growth initiatives and deliver tailored client solutions.
Skills & Key Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in international business development, industrial sales, or B2B partnerships.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and management levels.
- Strong analytical and research abilities for market, competitor, and client assessments.
- Eagerness to understand and align with WorldRef’s vision, mission, and portfolio.
