Responsibilities

Market Research & Strategy

  • Conduct comprehensive desk and field research to generate actionable insights and analyze global competitors.
  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies focused on key industrial sectors, including power, energy, manufacturing, and infrastructure.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Identify and engage with potential clients and partners in international markets.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing international clients to ensure ongoing partnership and satisfaction.

Sales Channel Management

  • Establish and manage international sales channels in coordination with local associates and industry experts.
  • Organize brand introductions, deliver presentations, and handle regular follow-ups and updates for supply partners.

Project Management

  • Lead and assist in managing multiple international projects simultaneously, ensuring milestones are met and projects are completed on schedule.
  • Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to execute growth initiatives and deliver tailored client solutions.

Skills & Key Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in international business development, industrial sales, or B2B partnerships.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and management levels.
  • Strong analytical and research abilities for market, competitor, and client assessments.
  • Eagerness to understand and align with WorldRef’s vision, mission, and portfolio.
