Role:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Kathmandu in the domain of student recruitment industry. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with educational institutions, strategic partners and creating opportunities to drive business growth. Tasks also include negotiating contracts, preparing sales pitches, meeting with potential clients, and providing regular reports to senior management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Strong business development and client relationship management skills
- Experience in creating and executing business strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor behavior
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Experience in the education consultancy sector is must
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field( Master's Degree Preferred)
- Proven experience in student recruitment activities across multiple destinations ( 5 years preferred)
