We are seeking a skilled Electrical & Electronics Engineer to ensure uninterrupted power supply, automation system efficiency, and electrical safety at our modern feed manufacturing plant. You will maintain critical equipment supporting 24/7 production of animal nutrition products.
✔ Plant Electrical Systems Maintenance
- Oversee HT/LT power distribution (transformers, switchgear)
- Maintain motor control centers (100+ motors up to 150HP)
- Troubleshoot PLC-controlled automation systems
✔ Process Equipment Management
- Ensure 99% uptime of:
- Grinding mills & mixers
- Pellet mills & extruders
- Conveying systems & bagging machines
- Calibrate electronic weighing & dosing systems
✔ Automation & Control Systems
- Program and troubleshoot:
- Siemens/Allen-Bradley PLCs
- SCADA systems
- Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
- Implement IIoT sensors for predictive maintenance
✔ Energy Efficiency & Safety
- Reduce power consumption by 10% through optimization
- Conduct monthly electrical safety audits
- Maintain explosion-proof installations in dust-prone areas
✔ Project Execution
- Lead electrical upgrades (budget up to NPR 2M)
- Manage preventive maintenance schedules
- Train technicians on safety protocols
◼ Bachelor's in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
◼ 3+ years in feed/food/pharma plant maintenance
◼ Technical Expertise:
- Industrial automation (PLC, HMI, SCADA)
- CAD for electrical layouts
- Energy audit methodologies
◼ Industry-Specific Knowledge:
- Feed mill operational processes
- ATEX standards for hazardous areas
- GMP compliance requirements
◼ Key Competencies:
- Root cause analysis
- Spare parts inventory management
- Bilingual (Nepali/English)
