Job Summary

The Recruitment Head is responsible for leading and managing the recruitment function, ensuring operational excellence, team efficiency, and profitability. This role involves overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, implementing best practices, and driving strategic initiatives to attract and retain top talent. The Recruitment Head will also play a key role in business development, client management, and optimizing recruitment technologies to enhance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 11 recruiters to ensure they meet performance targets.
  • Provide training, coaching, and guidance to enhance the team’s effectiveness and productivity.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Ensure a streamlined and efficient recruitment process to meet hiring needs effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and deliver high-quality candidates.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing market insights and recruitment solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Continuously analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) to improve processes and drive efficiencies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, talent market shifts, and recruitment best practices.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
