Job Description
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our business growth efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, conducting market research and data analysis, and developing targeted marketing strategies to drive student enrollments and strengthen institutional relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the education sector.
- Conduct market research to understand emerging trends, student preferences, and competitor activities.
- Perform data analysis to measure campaign effectiveness and improve lead conversion strategies.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and reach target audiences.
- Build partnerships with international colleges, universities, and training institutes.
- Generate leads through school/college visits, educational fairs, and referral channels.
- Lead the student recruitment process in coordination with counselors and marketing teams.
- Manage and grow relationships with partner institutions and agents.
- Collaborate on promotional campaigns, student ambassador programs, and social media content planning.
- Prepare and present reports, forecasts, and growth plans to management.
- Oversee CRM management and follow-ups for conversion optimization.
- Represent the company at events, expos, and student orientations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in education services.
- Strong analytical and market research skills.
- Experience in creating and implementing successful marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and digital platforms.
- Knowledge of study abroad markets (Australia, UK, USA, Canada) is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
