Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Sales and Business Development located in Kathmandu. The Head of Sales and Business Development will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, overseeing account management, and driving business growth. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and collaborating with other departments to achieve organizational goals.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in B2B Sales and Sales Management skills
  • Strong Team Management and Account Management capabilities
  • Excellent Analytical Skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record in business development and client relationship management
  • Master's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field (Bachelor degree with industry certifications can also apply)
  • Experience in the education services is a must
