About the Role

We are seeking a Fullstack JavaScript Developer who is passionate about building high-quality applications and delivering consistent results. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Node.js, Next.js,React.js and TailwindCS, with bonus points for experience in React Native (Expo).

You’ll be working onsite with a close-knit team in Narephat, Kathmandu, collaborating on dynamic web and mobile projects, and communicating regularly with clients and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and performant fullstack applications using Node.js, Next.js, and TailwindCSS
• (Bonus) Contribute to mobile app development using React Native + Expo
• Work closely with UI/UX designers, team members, and project managers to deliver quality features
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide updates
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code
• Participate in code reviews, team meetings, and agile processes
• Take ownership of your work and consistently drive projects to completion

Requirements

• 4–6 years of professional experience as a Fullstack JavaScript Developer
• Strong expertise in:
• Node.js
• React.js
• Next.js
• TailwindCSS
• Good understanding of REST APIs, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and Git
• Experience working in collaborative environments with clear communication
• (Bonus) Experience with React Native + Expo for mobile development
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English
