Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team in building a dynamic and user-friendly Business Management / ERP web application. You will primarily be working on CRUD operations and collaborating closely with an expert Project Manager who has deep domain and technical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using Python/Django
Create responsive frontends using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
Participate in requirement discussions, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups
Collaborate with backend and UI/UX teams to ensure seamless integration

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in full stack web development
Strong command of Python/Django
Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience building CRUD-based enterprise or ERP systems (Preferred)
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Additional Information

The role is primarily onsite, with occasional remote work as required
1-week probation period to assess alignment and productivity
You will work closely with a Project Manager who has both domain and technical expertise
