Job Description

We are seeking a driven Business Development Executive to champion Inspiring Lab’s service and product offerings. You will build and maintain client relationships, craft go‑to‑market and product marketing strategies, and drive lead generation through direct outreach and event participation. This role reports to the Head of Sales & Partnerships and offers high visibility across our leadership team.



Key Responsibilities


✅Advocate Inspiring Lab’s services and products to prospective clients

✅Develop and execute product marketing strategies

✅Interface directly with clients, from discovery calls to solution proposals

✅Represent Inspiring Lab at industry events, seminars, and webinars

✅Generate new leads through outreach, referrals, and partnerships

✅Follow up with prospects and drive lead conversion efforts

✅Conduct ongoing market research on trends, competitors, and opportunities

✅Collaborate on overall marketing and sales strategy to meet targets

✅Keep our services and product portfolio up to date and aligned with client needs



Qualifications


✅Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Masters is a plus.

✅2+ years of proven success in B2B business development or sales, preferably in IT services, SaaS, or AI/ML domains.

✅Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Nepali.

✅Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.

✅Self‑starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.

✅Comfortable representing the company at events and handling travel commitments.
