Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Operations Specialist based in Kathmandu. The Business Operations Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and improving day-to-day business operations. This includes conducting acquiring new brands (importers and manufacturers specifically), optimizing the acquisition process, and maintaining relationships with the onboarded brands. The role also involves working closely with other departments to enhance communication and support customer service operations.

- Ability to work collaboratively with various teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management & IT preferred (we strongly prefer people with an active interest in coding and automation)
Experience:
- 1-2 years in client / customer facing roles
- Open to freshers that can prove they enjoy working in such roles (eg. through past internships, volunteering activities, other college activities)
