Salary: NPR 70K~80K/month (Starting) 

Work Hours: Sunday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Nepal Time)

About the Role 

We’re seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to lead the development of an integrated digital platform for a next-generation power and broadband provider. You’ll architect, design, and build: 

A modern corporate website 

A cross-platform mobile app (iOS/Android) 

A cloud-based CRM (customizable, iPad-friendly) 

A billing engine supporting weekly cycles 

Smart meter integration (real-time data) 

Automated invoicing & collections 

A self-service portal (subscriptions, payments, account management) 

Seamless Xero accounting integration 

You’ll collaborate with product and design teams to deliver a robust, user-friendly system. 

Key Responsibilities 

Web & Mobile Development 

Build a responsive corporate website. 

Develop a cross-platform mobile app (e.g., React Native/Flutter). 

CRM & Billing Platform 

Develop a cloud-based CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot-like) for customer onboarding. 

Implement a flexible billing system (electricity + broadband, weekly cycles). 

Integrate smart meter data for real-time monitoring. 

Automate invoicing, collections, and reporting. 

Backend & Integrations 

Build a secure self-service portal. 

Integrate Xero API for accounting. 

Develop RESTful APIs for third-party services. 

Required Skills & Experience 

5+Years Experience 

Frontend: 

React.js, Next.js, or Vue.js 

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript 

Mobile: React Native, Flutter, or native iOS/Android 

Backend: 

Node.js, Laravel, or Django 

PHP, Python, or Java 

MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB 

Cloud & DevOps: 

Docker, Kubernetes 

CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) 

Integrations: 

Xero API, payment gateways (Stripe/PayPal), IoT/smart meter APIs 

Preferred Qualifications 

Experience in energy/telecom projects. 

Knowledge of data privacy/compliance (GDPR, PCI-DSS). 

Strong UI/UX principles. 

Soft Skills 

Independent problem-solver with analytical thinking. 

Strong communication for remote collaboration. 

Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
