Job Description- Manage, mentor, and develop the service team, ensuring team members have clear goals and receive regular performance feedback.
- Handling customer complaints/concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers.
- Assisting with or performing administrative tasks, such as managing and updating spare parts sales, projection, forecasting and its inventory management.
- Maintaining a service desk and evaluating its efficiency.
- Resolving service desk problems and improving service methods to increase customer satisfaction.
- Monitoring department issues and client complaints to create methods to lessen recurring issues.
- Auditing work and customer service to ensure the company's high standards, efficiency, and productivity goals are met.
- Maintaining a strong working knowledge of industry regulations, restrictions, and laws, ensuring the company's adherence to these regulations, and remaining current on the industry's standards and new innovations, materials, tools, and processes.
- Responsible for uplifting the department through generating the service revenue by selling our services and spare parts.
Job Specification:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (i.e. Biomedical, Electrical, Mechanical, System Engineering etc.) is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years in a service engineering field with at least 1 years managing the team will the plus point.
- Proficiency in MS excel.
- Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent leadership, communication, sales, forecasting and customer service skills.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work under pressure and handle stress.
