Job Description

Based in Kathmandu and reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Manager (International Relations and Admission) will be responsible for managing and strengthening institutional partnerships, ensuring effective communication with international partners, and overseeing the admissions and compliance functions across the company offices.


Key Responsibilities:

International Relations:

●      Serve as the primary liaison with international partners (universities, colleges, exam boards, etc.).

●      Manage updates regarding institutions, destinations, and partner portals.

●      Organize and coordinate meetings, visits, and event participation.

●      Maintain a centralized calendar and partnership communication flow.

●      Track contracts, enrollment targets, and compliance commitments.

●      Initiate new partnerships and explore revenue opportunities.

●      Work closely with Admissions and Counseling teams to ensure institutional guidelines are followed.

●      Report regularly to the CEO on partnership updates and KPIs.


Admission:

●      Implement and monitor partner contracts and agreements.

●      Manage data related to admissions, compliance, and conversions.

●      Oversee application handling and ensure timely follow-up.

●      Circulate updates and conduct counselor training programs.

●      Supervise institutional visits and knowledge sharing across the company offices.

●      Lead the internal knowledge management system (Intelligence Hub).


Required Qualifications and Competencies:

●      Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s or international degree preferred).

●      Minimum 3 years of professional experience in international relations, business development, or education consultancy.

●      Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

●      Strong analytical thinking and strategic planning capabilities.

●      Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a cross-functional setting.

●      High cultural sensitivity and awareness of global education trends.

●      Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and data management tools.
