Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Visa Officer, located in Pokhara. The Visa Officer will be responsible for guiding students and clients through the visa process, handling immigration issues, and providing customer service. The role includes conducting assessments, preparing documentation, and facilitating communications between clients and visa authorities to ensure a smooth visa application process.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of visa procedures and immigration issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service experience
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work on-site in Pokhara
- Relevant experience in visa or immigration consulting is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
