An exciting new coffee brand is preparing to launch in Nepal and is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to lead its entry into and growth in the market.

- Develop and execute a robust sales strategy for the brand’s launch and growth.
- Ensure product availability and in-store visibility across targeted sales channels.
- Establish and nurture relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure alignment between demand generation and fulfillment.
- Track sales performance, gather market insights, and identify new business opportunities.
- Lead and manage field activation initiatives to promote brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in FMCG sales (preferably within beverage or food sectors).
- Similar field experience (coffee, beverage, or related FMCG) will be given topmost priority.
- Deep understanding of Nepal’s retail and distribution ecosystem.
- Proven ability to lead market entry and manage multi-channel sales operations.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the energy and resilience to thrive in a startup environment.
- Willingness to travel and execute on-the-ground initiatives.
