An exciting new coffee brand is preparing to launch in Nepal and is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to lead its entry into and growth in the market.


Distribution Focus:

  • General Trade
  • E-commerce
  • B2B Sales
  • HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes)


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a robust sales strategy for the brand’s launch and growth.
  • Ensure product availability and in-store visibility across targeted sales channels.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure alignment between demand generation and fulfillment.
  • Track sales performance, gather market insights, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Lead and manage field activation initiatives to promote brand awareness and customer engagement.


Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in FMCG sales (preferably within beverage or food sectors).
  • Similar field experience (coffee, beverage, or related FMCG) will be given topmost priority.
  • Deep understanding of Nepal’s retail and distribution ecosystem.
  • Proven ability to lead market entry and manage multi-channel sales operations.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the energy and resilience to thrive in a startup environment.
  • Willingness to travel and execute on-the-ground initiatives.
