Job Description
We’re looking for a Head of Partnerships & Growth who can spearhead revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, and lead outbound business development. You’ll be the first full-time hire in a leadership role and work closely with the founder to shape how we scale.This is a hands-on leadership role - ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, thinks like a founder, and knows how to turn ideas into revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Growth: Build and execute sales strategies to generate $100K+ in revenue in the first 6 months.
- Lead Generation: Identify, engage, and convert high-potential clients via outbound channels (email, LinkedIn, events, partnerships).
- Client Relationships: Own the sales funnel - from prospecting to closing deals, and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Partnerships: Build referral channels (consultants, agencies, communities) to accelerate reach and credibility.
- Strategy & Ops: Analyze market trends, define ICPs, set goals, and build playbooks for scalable growth.
- Collaboration: Work directly with the leadership teams to align goals, share insights, and grow sustainably.
- Strategic Hustler: You combine strategy with execution. You’re comfortable wearing multiple hats in an early-stage venture.
- Sales-Driven: You have experience in B2B or recruitment/staffing sales and understand long sales cycles, negotiations, and client management.
- Clear Communicator: You can position a product clearly and handle conversations with CEOs, CTOs, and hiring managers.
- Entrepreneurial: You take initiative, ask the right questions, and care about outcomes.
- Globally Minded: You understand the nuances of cross-border business and have a strong grasp of global remote hiring trends.
- 4+ years in business development, sales, or partnerships - ideally in B2B services, SaaS, HRTech, or staffing/recruitment
- Proven track record of closing deals or generating new business in international markets
- Familiarity with outbound tools (e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator), CRM tools, and cold outreach best practices
- Previous experience working with tech/startup clients is a plus
