Role Overview
We’re looking for a curious, motivated Tech Researcher who has a background in WordPress and is eager to explore the wider world of tools, platforms, and digital trends. You’ll help us discover, document, and experiment with new tech ideas while applying and extending your WordPress knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up, customizing, maintaining and deploying websites.
- Test plugins, themes, and integrations, and evaluate their usefulness.
- Support the team in preparing internal reports, and tech guides.
- Help brainstorm and prototype small web or cloud-based solutions for internal or client needs.
What We’re Looking For
- WordPress familiarity: You know how to install, configure, and customize WordPress sites.
- Tech curiosity: You love exploring new digital tools and asking “how does this work?”
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and a willingness to learn more.
- Good communication skills: can explain tech findings in simple language.
- Comfortable using search engines, forums, YouTube, GitHub, and AI tools to figure things out.
- Ability to work independently and manage time across small research tasks.
Compensation
This is a full-time role with flexible hours. Compensation will be based on experience and commitment level, typically in the range of Rs.20,000 - Rs.25,000 per month to start. There’s room for growth as responsibilities expand. We’re open to discussing your expectations.
