Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Information Technology Sales Associate - Printers. The Sales Associate will be responsible for selling and promoting printer-related products and services. They will research prospective clients, generate leads, and build relationships with customers. They will also be responsible for providing product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets.

Job Responsibilities:

o Should be very fluent in English and to be able to speak to Jamaican prospective customers over the phone.

o Experience required is a minimum of one(1) year as a Telemarketer for Information Technology products to include toners, printers, laptops or doing telemarketing for similar products.

o Applicants with experience in Print Management ,Computer Technology or marketing will be given first priority. It is imperative that prospective applicants have a strong working knowledge in networking, operating systems, internet and printing peripherals.

· The ideal applicant should have experience working in a call centre who is used to daily targets to make outbound calls and be "fearless" when dealing with all different types of customers

· This job is ideal for individuals who are a stickler for details, imaginative, an excellent orator in Standard English and possess above average written communication sales. A first degree from a recognized tertiary institution is essential.

o Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role is a definite asset.
