Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kathmandu for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and developing strategic partnerships. Day-to-day tasks include market analysis, creating business proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience in market analysis, business development, and strategic planning
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
- Familiarity with marketing strategies and promotional techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- 2 years of experience in the education consultancy industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
