Job DescriptionSheladia Associates is seeking a professional Team Leader to join our team for the upcoming Consultancy Services for Road Management Firm Technical Assistance in Nepal.
The objective of this assignment is to procure consulting services to provide "Road Management Technical Assistance" to Nepal's Department of Roads (DoR) and Roads Board Nepal (RBN) as well as limited engagement with the Institute of Engineering (IoE).
The role of the Team Leader is to provide overall direction, technical quality assurance and control, and coordination management of the entire team and resources to meet the objectives and timelines outlined under this assignment.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Transportation Engineering, Civil Engineering or Pavement Engineering. Experience
- Must have 15 years of professional experience.
- Must have experience on at least two road projects as Team Leader or Deputy Team Leader position
- Must have four years of experience in pavement design, asphalt works and mix design.
- Must have four years of experience in road maintenance management, and in the preparation and implementation of maintenance contracts.
- Experience in performance-based asphalt mix design and/or cement stabilization for two projects
- English language full proficiency (good or fair)
