The ideal candidate will lead by example, coach team members, and contribute to the company’s expansion by building long-term client relationships and aligning sales efforts with broader business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Business Development
- Identify and capitalize on new market trends and business opportunities
Leadership and Mentorship
- Mentor, coach, and support sales team, setting clear KPIs and goals
- Contribute actively to key projects and the company’s long-term vision.
Client-Centric Sales Approach
- Engage clients to understand unique requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Sales Planning and Forecasting
- Develop actionable sales plans and forecast performance using market insights.
- Analyze data and present reports to guide strategic decisions.
Market Research and Competitive Insights
- Partner with the Business Intelligence team to monitor competitors, customer needs, and market changes.
- Use insights to refine sales tactics and identify new avenues for growth.
Sales Data Standardization
- Ensure accurate, consistent, and standardized processes for recording and reporting sales activities.
- Conduct regular audits of CRM data and optimize systems for efficiency.
Client Feedback Analysis
- Develop and apply mechanisms to collect qualitative feedback.
- Translate insights into actionable product and service improvements in collaboration with relevant teams.
Storytelling & Campaign Management
- Develop compelling sales pitches aligned with Veda’s vision.
- Collaborate on sales-driven marketing campaigns for maximum reach.
Expansion & Reseller Management
- Design offers and initiatives for local and international growth.
- Build, coordinate, and optimize reseller partnerships.
Product Innovation
- Share market feedback with the product team to support innovation and relevance.
- Align product offerings with client expectations and market demands.
Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field
Essential Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, with leadership experience preferred
Essential Knowledge and skill
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and Microsoft/Google Suite tools.
