Study Info Centre is a trusted educational marketplace connecting students and education agents to top institutions across Australia, the USA, Canada, and the UK. We work closely with recruitment partners, counselors, and universities to facilitate quality student enrolments.

We are seeking an experienced, well-connected, and dynamic Regional Manager to lead our operations in Nepal. This is a strategic leadership role ideal for someone with hands-on experience in international student recruitment, agent network development, and education consulting within the Nepalese market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent the Study Info Centre brand to education agents, universities, and students in Nepal.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage recruitment partners (agents and consultants) to generate high-quality student applications.
  • Build strong relationships with university admissions teams and actively seek new institutional partnerships.
  • Regularly review and improve performance of agents, counsellors, and internal team members using KPIs and data reports.
  • Train recruitment partners and counsellors to submit complete and compliant student applications.
  • Organize and participate in agent workshops, education fairs, and institutional meetings to promote Study Info Centre.
  • Ensure brand visibility in Nepal through stakeholder engagement and marketing activities.
  • Expand our university portfolio by identifying and onboarding new global education providers.
  • Provide weekly and monthly performance updates to leadership and suggest strategic improvements.
Must-Have Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in international student recruitment, admissions, or educational consulting.
  • Proven experience in managing agent networks, counsellors, or education teams.
  • Strong network within the Nepalese education industry.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Post-secondary education (Bachelor’s degree or higher).
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and sales skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, application portals, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work independently, travel locally as needed, and consistently meet performance targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior role as a University Representative, Regional Officer, or similar in international education.
  • Experience in partner onboarding and training.
  • Familiarity with visa processes, admission criteria, and counselling practices in Nepal.
  • Fluency in Nepali and English.
  • Experience organizing or participating in student recruitment events and workshops.
