Job Description
1. Placement & Industry Engagement:
. Placement & Industry Engagement:
• Identify and coordinate internship, traineeship, and job placement opportunities for
students in line with their academic background and career aspirations.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with industry leaders, corporate HRs, and
professional networks to build a sustainable placement pipeline.
• Organize and execute career-related events such as:
o Campus recruitment drives
o Industry-academia interface sessions
o Career counseling sessions
o Employer meetups and job fairs
• Assist students in preparing for employment through:
o CV/resume preparation workshops
o Mock interview sessions
o Communication and soft skill training
• Collect and maintain placement data and feedback from employers and alumni to assess
placement effectiveness.
2. Academic Compliance:
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports, data, and documentation required by:
o Affiliated universities
o The Ministry of Education
o Other accrediting or regulatory bodies
• Assist in compiling, reviewing, and updating institutional documents including course
outlines, attendance records, faculty workloads, and internal assessments.
• Liaise with internal academic departments to coordinate the collection and review of
regulatory data.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing compliance documentation and
addressing audit queries.
• Track regulatory deadlines and assist in policy adherence as per institutional academic
guidelines.
