Work Hours: Sunday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Nepal Time)

Role Overview 

We are seeking an Expert Full-Stack Developer to lead the development of a comprehensive digital ecosystem for a power and telecommunications company. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in web development, mobile apps, CRM systems, billing platforms, and API integrations. You will be responsible for architecting and deploying a company website, customer app, cloud-based CRM, billing system, and self-service portal with seamless Xero integration. 

Key Responsibilities 

1. Web & App Development 

Design and develop a fully responsive company website (similar to major power/telco providers). 

Build a customer-facing mobile app (iOS/Android) with a simple, intuitive UI (reference: Contact Energy’s app). Ensure cross-platform compatibility, security, and high performance. 

2. CRM & Billing System Development 

Develop a customizable, cloud-based CRM (similar to Salesforce/HubSpot) for customer onboarding via iPads. Implement a billing platform supporting weekly billing cycles for power and broadband services. Integrate smart meter data for real-time usage tracking. Enable automated invoicing, payment collections, and reconciliation. 

3. Backend & Integrations 

Create a customer self-service portal for account management. Ensure seamless integration with Xero for accounting automation. Develop secure RESTful APIs for third-party service connectivity. 

Required Skills & Experience 

3+ years of experience in full-stack web development

Frontend: 

React.js, Next.js, Vue.js (for dynamic web/app interfaces) 

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript 

Mobile app development (React Native, Flutter, or native iOS/Android) 

Backend: 

Node.js, Laravel, or Django (for scalable backend logic) 

PHP, Python, or Java (for CRM & billing systems) 

MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB (database management) 

Cloud & DevOps: 

AWS/Azure/Google Cloud (for CRM hosting) 

Docker, Kubernetes (containerization & deployment) 

CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) 

Integrations & APIs: 

Xero API (accounting automation) 

Payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, local providers) 

Smart meter data integration (IoT/API-based) 

Additional Experience (Preferred): 

Experience in energy/telecom sector projects 

Knowledge of data security & compliance (GDPR, PCI-DSS) 

Familiarity with UI/UX best practices 

Soft Skills 

Strong problem-solving & analytical thinking 

Ability to work independently & meet tight deadlines 

Excellent communication & collaboration in a remote team
