JD:
• Develop and grow sales with hotels, restaurants, and catering clients.
• Lead train and motivate field sales staff.
• Build strong relationships with chefs, F&B managers, and buyers.
• Promote meat products, advice on cuts, quality, and menu fit.
• Negotiate prices, close deals, and manage contracts.
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.
• Track sales performance and report regularly.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity.
• Represent the brand at food shows and HORECA events
