What you'll do:

  • Hunt for opportunities – Research and identify high-potential companies that can benefit from DCV’s world-class services.
  • Own the outreach process – Proactively reach out to decision-makers via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate new business.
  • Be a value-driven communicator – Understand the needs of potential clients and confidently articulate how DCV can help solve their challenges.
  • Drive sales success – Set up and coordinate meetings between high-potential leads and senior team members.
  • Stay organised and strategic – Maintain an up-to-date CRM, track progress, and refine outreach strategies for better results.
  • Collaborate and innovate – Work closely with marketing to optimise messaging and align lead generation efforts with industry trends.


Who You Are:

  • A natural connector with 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or outbound lead generation (preferably in B2B services or outsourcing).
  • Persuasive and charismatic, with strong communication skills to engage and influence key decision-makers.
  • Highly motivated and resilient, thriving in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Tech-savvy and strategic, experienced in using CRM tools, LinkedIn outreach, and sales automation software.
  • A self-starter who thrives in remote work, capable of taking initiative and delivering results independently.
  • Globally minded, with a passion for international markets and the ability to navigate cultural nuances.
