Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer, located on-site in Kathmandu. The QA Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance systems, conducting quality audits, and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Day-to-day tasks include overseeing quality control processes, managing quality documentation, and working closely with production teams to maintain high standards of product quality. The role also involves identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Qualifications
- Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Quality Management skills
- Experience with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Quality Auditing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of related industry standards and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in software QA role
- Advanced knowledge of SQL scripting
