Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Kathmandu. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing sales strategies, leading and training the sales team, and ensuring sales targets are met. Day-to-day tasks include market analysis, customer relationship management, and coordinating with other departments to optimize sales performance.

Qualifications
  • Experience in sales management and developing sales strategies
  • Team leadership and training skills
  • Strong market analysis and customer relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
  • Prior experience in the agro-trading industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
