Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Claims Representative located in Kathmandu. The Claims Representative will be responsible for claims handling, claims management, insurance-related tasks, property damage assessments, and providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Claims Handling and Claims Management skills
- Experience in insurance and property damage assessments
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of logistics and transportation industry is a plus
- Bachelor's Running in Business, Finance, or related field
